We intend to CONTINUE promoting and presenting all our upcoming live events but will be keeping a close eye on government guidelines which are changing daily. We believe it’s important to protect ourselves and others from the Coronavirus but also important to provide entertainment for our fans especially in this difficult time.
Use the code SUPPORT over at our W3L Online Store to receive a £10 discount on any total purchase of £20 or more.
You as a customer are protected when purchasing tickets via our website through PayPal’s buyer protection. If it becomes impossible for us to present an event as scheduled, you will have the option of a full refund through opening a PayPal refund case or to carry your ticket over to a rescheduled event.
Like many small businesses we really need your support and using the code SUPPORT in our W3L Online Store not only provides you with a £10 discount but you are helping us greatly by purchasing your ticket in advance. You are also safe in the knowledge that if anything does prevent a live event from going ahead, you are protected!
We are working on the presumption that our events will go ahead and considering extra measures to ensure everyone’s safety including reviewing seating arrangements and venue capacities.
If you are attending an event please remember the government advice to wash your hands regularly and if you are experiencing any symptoms of the virus to please stay at home – we would much rather see you in good health when we next visit!
Please consult the NHS website for clarification on the symptoms to look out for.
